How to Schedule an Advising Appointment 
  1. Attend a Getting Started with the IDPO info session or watch the Getting Started with the IDPO video series (Required for international programs. Optional for domestic programs)
  2. Pass the "Getting Started with the IDPO" quiz (click the blue “advising” button on the right to access the quiz)
  3. Reflect on your goals (What do you hope to experience and learn?)
  4. Research the programs (visit our Programs page) 
  5. Talk to your peers (Peer Mentors and Returnees) 
  6. Complete the Advising Form 
  7. Email the International and Domestic Programs Office to schedule a 30-minute advising session. Advising for Fall programs is from November to February. Advising for Spring programs is from April to September.
  8. Meet with an advisor.
